Ted's Charcoal Steakhouse signature rub and open-flame charcoal grill brings out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Starting with Grade A Prime beef, we apply our signature rub and allow the flavors to permeate the meat before we grill our Steaks and Hamburger Steaks on our open-flame charcoal grill.
Ted's Charcoal Steakhouse was started by Ted Herring in 2012. In search of the best Steak, Pork Chop and Hamburger Steak. Ted created his own Marinade sauce for his Pork Chop, created his own steak rub and perfected a blend of Angus ground beef to create an amazing Hamburger Steak. Ted added the idea of an open-flame, cooking with Kingsford Charcoal, to complete the unique taste that has come to set Ted's Charcoal Steakhouse apart.
